Ms. Latifa has more than 15 years of experience in the field of banking, investment, and strategic services, and she has held several positions at Banque Saudi France, Arab Investment Company, Riyadh Airports Company, and others. She has established and contributed to the establishment of the departments of institutional excellence, internal control, governance and risk, and several venture capital funds licensed by the Capital Market Authority. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Science from King Saud University in Riyadh and a Master’s in Business Administration – Finance from Dublin City university, as well as a Master’s in Sports Administration and Sports Law from ISD.
Mr. Ahmed Fawzy has more than 12 years of experience where he worked in many companies in the financial sector, and he has helped many companies obtain a license from the Capital Market Authority.
He has provided many financial consultations in the services of economic feasibility studies and company evaluation in various sectors, in addition to the practical experience that he gained during his career.
